Bromyard House is a substantial five storey early 1920’s steel framed office block building of rectangular form on plan. It is arranged around five open internal courtyards, consisting of approximately 36,748m² of floor space.

The existing 5th floor was extended vertically to create barrel vaulted penthouse apartments.

Fenland created the smooth barrel roof appearance with pre-curved metal deck, PUR insulation and a Lead Grey Sarnafil single ply membrane.
